about nutritus

For me, the way we move is another form of liberation—a way to fully express ourselves and connect with life. When aches and pains hold us back, it can feel like a part of that freedom is lost. My wish is to help you reclaim that sense of ease and flow in your body.

At Nutritus with my training as an advanced clinical massage therapist, I incorporate deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretches, and self-care techniques. More importantly, I offer a space where you and your body feel genuinely cared for and nourished.

Together, we’ll work to release discomfort and restore balance, so you can move freely and embrace your full experience of life.

At Nutritus we believe care is sacred and this is what we want to bring into our space and sessions with you. Our hope is that you feel deeply nourished—Nutritus—right when your body is asking for care and healing.

    • Greater body awareness and improved posture

    • Restored balance and harmony in both body and mind

  • Myofascial release is a manual therapy technique that focuses on relieving tension and pain in the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles and bones. By applying gentle sustained pressure, practitioners aim to release restrictions within the fascia, promoting better movement and reducing discomfort. The benefits of myofascial release include enhanced flexibility, improved circulation, and relief from chronic pain, helping individuals achieve a greater sense of overall well-being.
